Each flavor profile is paired with its own sauce & seasoning, carbs, and vegetables. Use our substitutions options in the meal plans to adjust your meals as preferred. Otherwise, they will come as follows:Chicken

Want more than 1 flavor choice for each of your protein sources? Select the "Flavor Variety" option from the bottom of the drop-down menu! We'll mix sauces and seasonings as well as carbs (rice, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta, & wraps), and vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, & zucchini) for a medley of flavorful fun to get you through your week - all for only an extra $1 per meal!
If you have any requests or strong personal preferences (extra spicy, no mushrooms, etc) please include them in the comments section.
